Crif Dogs , a hot doggery in Manhattan's East Village, has a secret. Go to the phone booth, dial 1, and you'll be ushered into a mysterious speakeasy called Please Don't Tell (PDT). I felt like a secret agent as I feasted on the Philly Tubesteak dog and the Chang dog (exclusive to PDT), which was wrapped in bacon, deep fried, and smothered in chef David Chang's Napa cabbage kimchi.
