Bay Blue Cheese
This won a Sofi Gold Award (the Oscars of specialty food), and we couldn't agree more. Even blue-cheese-averse staffers went crazy for this deliciously creamy, mellow variety made on the Northern California coast. Stir it into risotto or pair it with dried figs for a decadent snack.
