Makes 1 3/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. ground ginger
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 6 Tbsp. dried chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. ground nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried ground prawn/shrimp or crayfish powder (optional)

  • Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place and use within a few months.
