Ingredients
  • 1 pound white chocolate
  • 3 ounces red candy melts

Directions
Total time: 20 minutes

Line a 9" x 13" cake pan with nonstick foil or parchment paper, leaving a 2" overhang on all four sides.

In a microwave-safe bowl, place white chocolate and melt on medium, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth (about 80 to 100 seconds total). Spread into prepared pan.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt red candy melts on medium, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth (about 40 to 60 seconds total). Drop small spoonfuls onto white chocolate and, using a knife or skewer, swirl through.

Refrigerate bark until set, about 20 minutes. Break into pieces before serving.
