This appetizer is the perfect finger food for a small-bites buffet.
Servings: Makes 24 pieces
  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese , softened
  • 2 scallions , minced
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Toasted French bread crostini
  • Directions
    Preheat grill. Season steak to taste with salt and pepper. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat until desired doneness is reached. Let stand for 5 minutes and thinly slice.

    Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, scallions, horseradish, garlic powder and salt in a medium bowl.

    Spread spoonful of cream cheese mixture generously onto each bread round. Top with sliced steak.
