This delicious smoothie recipe gets its gorgeous green hue from a trio of verdant ingredients. The first one—spinach—may not surprise you, but the next two—fresh mint and kiwi—might. They add a fresh and zippy flavor, so the drink tastes more sweet than salad-y. And, great news for your stomach: Spinach and kiwi, plus the other ingredients—pineapple and banana—are all low in FODMAPs.
