Serves 6 to 8

Ingredients


  • One 15-ounce can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • One clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

    Directions


    Add chickpeas, garlic, lemon, tahini and water to a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. Season with salt to taste. Stir in olive oil just before serving.
