Your New Favorite Granola Bars
As you'd expect from a health-food blogger and cookbook author, Laura Wright has made her share of homemade granola bars over the years; the ideal ones for her are at once chewy, crisp and just sticky enough. These sesame-flecked bars are the only ones she makes now: They meet her criteria and are perfectly savory and sweet, thanks to sea salt, three kinds of seeds, cacao nibs, semi-sweet chocolate chips and tahini, the sesame paste that's often used to make hummus. (And, if you don't care for or don't have tahini, she says you can swap in almond butter with equally tasty results.)
