Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups kefir, or coconut milk
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/4 cup hempseed
  • Toppings: diced kiwi, sliced raw coconut, hempseed, flaxseed

    Directions


    Combine banana, mango, kefir and lime in blender; blend until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup hempseed. Top with kiwi, coconut, additional hempseed and flaxseed.
