Ingredients


  • 2 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. agave
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt, for topping
  • Dark chocolate, for topping

    Directions


    In a small bowl, mix the matcha powder with 1/4 cup of the coconut milk until fully dissolved. Add to a blender along with the rest of the coconut mil, mango, banana, agave and ice cubes and blend until smooth.

    Pour into 2 glasses and top with a spoonful of Greek yogurt in each then shave some dark chocolate on top. I find it easy to use a potato peeler or a sharp knife.
