These are the weeknight recipes that are so simple and delicious you cook them all the time—and they’re easy enough (and special enough!) that you would and could tell a friend how to make it off the top of your head. The recipes don’t have to be something you invented: they can be from a cookbook, friend, or TV chef (just tell us where you originally got it from).
