A Match Made in Heaven
We're so excited for the first signs of spring—especially this one: O has once again partnered with Talbots on a capsule collection (in stores and online February 21) that benefits a great cause. "We've designed nine easy pieces that embody the spirit of the O woman," says O creative director Adam Glassman. "You can mix them with brights, neutrals, other patterns—whatever is already in your closet." Here’s the most beautiful thing of all: 30 percent of the proceeds from each sale goes to Dress for Success. You can also make your own donation in-store or at Talbots.com/DressforSuccess until April 2, 2017. And if you're doing a little spring-cleaning, drop off any fairly new work clothing at your closest Talbots store from March 2, 2017 through March 5, 2017. A beautiful thing, indeed!

Katie Sturino, 34, founder of The12ishStyle.com
"I'm not afraid of mixing bold patterns, so this look totally embodies my personality. You'd think the bright colors would fight each other, but the muted striped shell brings it all together. Many curvier women don't want to draw attention to themselves, and I'm striving to help them realize they don't have to hide!"

Sas Goldberg, 31, writer, producer, and actor in Broadway's Significant Other
“I've always wanted to be a girl who wears accessories, but it's not in my DNA. So it's nice to see how easy it is to just put on a brooch and give your outfit extra va-va-voom. It took two seconds!"

Jill Martin, 40, Today contributor
"This outfit is very me—white is my signature color year-round. I think using a crisp white top and bottom as a canvas for other pieces is a good way to shop your closet and try different combinations."

Denée Benton, 25, actor in Broadway's Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812
"Layering all these basics adds texture and creativity to what could have been a simple shirt and jeans. And a red printed scarf as a belt? What a great detail! It's such a small addition that pulls the look together."

#AdamSays: "I'm excited about the floral corsage. I'm bringing back the Carrie Bradshaw! You can pin it on your lapel or even your belt, but I really like it on a jean jacket. There's something modern and cool about that combination."

Sara Haines, 39, journalist and cohost of The View
"I'm not adventurous, so I can't believe I'm wearing two polka dot pieces, but it works! And then I put on the red pants and instantly felt like I was the girl at the party everyone was staring at—in a good way! It just goes to show the power of clothing. It can transform how you feel."

Hilaria Baldwin, 33, wellness expert and author of The Living Clearly Method
"I don’t think I would have had the style insight to put this look together, but I'm so grateful to the pros who did! I especially love how they tied up the cardigan with the high-waisted skirt—it's supercute and makes me feel a little 1940s sexy."

#AdamSays:"My favorite piece is the cardigan. I mean, who doesn't love something in black and white? It's seasonless; you can wear it with color; you can wear it with neutrals. It's perfect and polka dots always put a smile on my face."

Fashion for a Cause
Founded in a church basement in 1996, Dress for Success (DressforSuccess.org) has since expanded to almost 145 cities in 21 countries and helped more than 925,000 women. It offers job seekers not only professional clothing and accessories but also training and networking opportunities. The goal is to help women gain confidence and put them on the path to self-sufficiency and success. "What I love about this partnership is that O's core values are so similar to those of Talbots and Dress for Success," says O editor in chief Lucy Kaylin. "It's really all about women helping other women—and when you put on something pretty and you feel pretty, you exude confidence."

#AdamSays: "I love all the little details. The silk scarf is a mixture of gingham (one of my favorites), flowers (inspired by Oprah's rose garden), and ombré (definitely big right now). It's a wonderful blend of pattern and color and can be styled so many ways. Bonus: It's the perfect Mother's Day gift!"
