Screening Room: So, tell us what this whole American Idol experience has been like for you.

Anoop Desai: It's been insane. You know, the show is one thing, and then you get off and it's a completely different thing that's still very busy. But right now, it's sort of figuring out where I'm going to go from here because, you know, we start hopefully talking to record labels and things this summer. That's going to be a very exciting time for me. It's kind of a stressful time because you want to make sure you're putting your best foot forward on tour so you can attract those writers, producers and labels.
