Dr. Maya Angelou
People of Faith
Original Air Date: April 11, 2007
There are many different religions in the world, but Dr. Angelou says that despite their differences, people of different faiths are more alike than not. "I believe there is a force larger than we are, and I believe that force we call 'God' belongs to all the people, all the time, because that is the force which created the people," Dr. Angelou says.

Join Dr. Angelou as she explores three different faiths with longtime friends. From the Jewish, Evangelical Christian and Islamic faiths, Dr. Angelou talks with Rabbi Marvin Heir, D.J. Rogers and Minister Ishmael R. Muhammad and Sister Claudette Muhammad about the need for tolerance and understanding of all religions.
