Goodbye, Girls!

It's almost time for Sarah Jessica Parker's Sex and the City character Carrie Bradshaw to hang up her Manolos for good, and Sarah Jessica has been getting teary-eyed about it for months! As a co-producer of the show, Sarah Jessica said that the decision she and her colleagues had to make to end the series was a long, emotional process, but very well thought out.
"What we've really wanted to do is produce the best television that we know how to do," Sarah Jessica says. "Not a lot of us had spent a lot of time producing television. We felt very "honor-bound" by any of the good fortune that we've had, and we felt this audience [deserved it]. We wanted to know that we could only end feeling like we have done them a service, the way they've been committed to us."
