Whether you're a stay-at-home mom or working away from home, motherhood is a consuming and challenging responsibility. Simple tasks may become overwhelming, you may find yourself sobbing uncontrollably and questioning your mothering skills.

Oprah and MarieMarie Osmond tells Oprah today how she fell into a deep depression following the birth of her seventh child in July 1999, but through the support of her family and friends, she made it through.
