so the Hyde amendment are bans the use of federal funds for abortion . And basically what they're doing is they're rewriting the exception clause to match the existing amendment banning the use of federal funds for abortion in a nutshell. What they're seeing is this particular amendment they want to make it into law and implication. He's not that you know the government will not provide money for abortion which the government doesn't the government hasn't. Right now Hyde amendment has been effect for awhile now. What they're proposing to do what's really happening here is they're making the change to the law. That won't mean that the -- to -- and it will not a 580 funding to eighty institution.
