Having to struggle for years with Chrone disease , Scoliosis and Athritis, Ihave learned to shift from high impact exercises to moderate. I spend more time doing yoga and stretching at my personal time. There is no on fix. It is an Orchestra of small things put together. Learning to breath properly and mindfully , allows me to become friends , with my inner me. What ever activity I do, I try to practice a full range of motion with most of my body. I find that that promote more blood flow an good for the nerve system. In every activity, I create my inner art, that is freedom with in. Stretching is the biggest part of my every day life, can't have enough of it. I teach my student" it's not what you do- it's how you do it"
