How Are You Doing with "The Talk"?

Are you and your daughter having good, effective conversations about sex? Here are some questions to help you assess the quality of your conversations.
1. Do you carefully prepare what you are going to say beforehand?
2. When you want to talk about sex, do you ask to "sit down and talk"?
3. Do you frame information about sex and contraception with references to right or wrong?
4. Do conversations about sex arise naturally while you are doing routine things together?
5. Can you describe how your views and your daughter's views differ over sex?
