How to Wear Pink
Tips from O creative director Adam Glassman

If you have pink undertones in your skin, choose dusty rose shades (like the ones here); hot pinks and fuchsias flatter olive- and darker-skinned women.

Pinks look extra chic when paired with somber fall colors like camel, gray and navy—the darker shades keep rosy pieces from looking too Barbie.

If you're afraid of pink—this means you, avowed black wearers!—try a superpale version (like the vest on page 109). "It's more like white with a light pink wash," says Adam.
