Can the folks at Shiseido read minds? We were just thinking, "Why aren't lipsticks ever the same color on our lips as they are in the tube?" And then the next day we received a box of Perfect Rouge lipsticks ($25 each; department stores). Master makeup artist Dick Page has created 20 shades (all of which contain moisturizers from Shiseido's skincare line and luster-adding pearl pigment) that maintain their vibrant color when you put them on.
