A Jewel of a Find
Could you use a little touch of glamour right about now? Try Rouge G de Guerlain ($45 each; NeimanMarcus.com), a jewel of a lipstick with ruby powder (yes, from a ruby) and glass microbeads for intense radiance, liquid mother-of-pearl for luminescence, concentrated pigments for saturated color, and lusciously moisturizing wild mango butter for...well, deliciousness. Pull open the sleek case and a hinged mirror pops up, just right for admiring your exquisitely dazzling mouth.
Diptyque Bodycare

Collector's Item
For us, Diptyque has always been synonymous with luxurious, exotically scented candles. The French company began, though, as a shop on Paris's Boulevard Saint-Germain that traded in all kinds of curios: German lanterns depicting farm animals, Indian temple masks, Japanese kites. Almost 50 years later, Diptyque's new bodycare line is infused with this same sense of eclectic charm—and, of course, incredible scents. Apothecary-style bottles hold lotions, butters, and—our favorite—an oil that instantly softens skin ($78; Barneys.com). Its rich scent was inspired by the woody irises Florentine tanners once used to perfume their leather. Smooth it on after a shower, or drop a little in the bath—you'll be charmed, we're sure.
TheStains in Petunia Pink

Permanent Smile
The first time we used a lip stain (which tints your mouth and doesn't easily wipe off), we applied it as freely as we would a lipstick. And we were stuck with bright magenta lips all day. Candid (and bossy) colleagues suggested we refrain from trying again. But then we received this first-of-its-kind kit from TheBalm (TheStains in Petunia Pink & Raspberry Red, $28; TheBalm.com); it comes with two solid pots of color, a lip brush, a water vial, and a small well for mixing. Because we could control the pigment-to-water ratio, we created a sheer raspberry tint—and this time celebrated its staying power.

Freshly Squeezed
Just when the weather's heating up, Kate begins her summertime ritual of stopping at a nearby smoothie stand for her favorite blend: freshly squeezed lemonade with pomegranate juice. She's addicted to the refreshing jolt she gets from the first tart sip. And she's glad to report that this season she can re-create that delicious moment in her shower with the new, creamy C.O. Bigelow Lemon & Pomegranate Body Wash ($12; BBW.com). It smells so much like her go-to beverage that she's almost driven to stick a straw in it.

Lucky You
We can't prove that this lovely little talisman brings luck or love, but it will treat you to a tantalizing spicy-sweet fragrance. Studded with semiprecious stones like smoky quartz, the gold bar (it's the size of a domino) flips open to reveal a solid perfume scented with a heady blend of ylang-ylang, Bulgarian rose, bergamot, and sandalwood. Dab Estée Lauder Private Collection Amber Ylang Ylang ($175; EsteeLauder.com) along the nape of your neck, in the crooks of your elbows, behind your knees...and enjoy all the attention (and maybe just a little good fortune) that comes your way.
