SHEER GENIUS
If the richly pigmented shades on the previous page seem a little intense after a makeup-free summer, you can ease back into lipcolor with one of these light, no-mirror-necessary formulas.

When all you want is a subtle blush—on your mouth, that is—try Fresh Sugar Plum Tinted Lip Treatment SPF 15 (left). The more often you apply it, the deeper the color.

A REAL EYE-OPENER
Here at O, we're all for stimulating beauty experiences. But when L'Oréal sent us their Collagen Micro-Pulse Eye treatment (a cigar-sized wand with a vibrating dome, even we were taken aback. Our first thought: "This might be one of the most stimulating beauty treatments we've ever had." Our second thought: "Maybe we'd better read the directions." The vibrator, we discovered, is for increasing circulation and minimizing puffiness under the eyes. In the bottom half of the wand, you'll find a silky cream (to be applied before the massage) that contains moisturizing collagen to temporarily plump fine lines and make the eye area appear more taut. We used the product one morning recently, and our eyes did seem to have a certain brightness.... You might even call it an afterglow.

YOU CAN TAKE IT WITH YOU
Diptyque fragrances transport you—to an orange grove, a bustling spice market, a lush garden. Now you can return the favor: Four of their most decadent scents come in rollerballs that you can slip into your purse and carry anywhere. L'Eau is spiked with clove, cinnamon, and a touch of patchouli; Hesperides is woody and just a little minty; Tarocco blends citrus and rose; and Neroli tops a musky base with lemony verbena. Bon voyage!
