Ken Paves

The first member of the "fantastic five" is stylist to the stars Ken Paves . The hair master's best-selling extensions are worn by members of the Hollywood elite such as Jessica Simpson, Eva Longoria and Jennifer Lopez.

Ken says taking part in the 100 makeovers at Harpo is an amazing experience but some of the clients need a little urging. "It's kind of like cleaning your house. You don't want to do it and it takes a minute to get to it, but once you're done, it feels really great," Ken says.
Rita Hazan

Rita Hazan loves to help women look and feel their best. This famed colorist has worked her magic on celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Jaime Pressly and Debra Messing.

By finding the most flattering shade of hair color, Rita says you can take years off your look. "The mistake women make that ages them is that they bleach out their hair too much," she says. "As we age as women, our skin tone changes. So we have to change the hair color to compensate for not having as much youthful skin as we used to have."

Rita says playing around with your hair color can be a fun way to update your look each season. "It's the foundation of your makeup, your wardrobe. You get to play around with your personality a little bit and change the color."

Though Rita stresses that if you want color, you have to maintain it! "You can't walk around with six-inch roots," she says.
Harry Josh

The next member of the Harpo Salon team is supermodel stylist Harry Josh , who has tamed the tresses of supermodel Gisele Bundchen and Christy Turlington.

Harry says he sympathizes with women who have a hard time recreating their professional blowouts at home. "Education is really important for women to know what to do when they go home," Harry says. "A lot of people didn't know what to put into their hair. You go into the drugstore, you see a million things. You're like, 'Gel, mousse, spray, pomade, what do I use?'"
Ted Gibson

Ted Gibson is the man behind the gorgeous locks of Angelina Jolie and Gabrielle Union, so it's no surprise that he knows what a woman wants. Before picking up his scissors, Ted explains his vision during private consultations with the clients. The same holds true at the Harpo Salon. For one of the women, Ted discusses with her a strong yet soft and sexy look. "I think that every woman wants to feel that way," he says.
Kimberly Kimble

The final stylist is Kimberly Kimble , who's responsible for the signature va-va-voom of Beyonc?'s locks. Kimberly says that some women going in for a makeover can be nervous, but after a little pampering she usually senses a change in confidence. "They'd start getting more comfortable," she says.
