Giddy With Success
Lisa didn't want to go sleeveless in the shift dress (Old Navy, $40), and she didn't have to. A cashmere cardigan (Marina Rinaldi, $435) keeps her chic and covered.

She tops the Old Navy dress with a tweed coat (Calvin Klein, $318) when it's chilly out. Patent leather pumps (Söfft) that fit her wide feet are a match made in makeover heaven.
