Shella says she has kept her hair shoulder-length since age 12—but she's ready for a change! "What I saw in Shella was she looked a little old, and I saw that she had the potential to look amazing with short hair," says hairstylist Ted Gibson. Ted gives Shella a stylish, short look. "Wow!
