Beam Maker
If you happened to be walking past O's office building recently, you might have seen a beacon of bright light emanating from a corner of the 36th floor. That would be us, the beauty department, flashing our brilliant smiles. We've all been using the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean toothbrush ($220; bedbathandbeyond.com), with terrific results. It offers five settings: Clean (what you'd expect from an electric brush), White (to remove stains), Polish, Gum Care, and Sensitive. It sits in a pretty little charging station that looks like a shot glass. And it even comes with a USB port, so you can charge it on your computer when you're traveling.

Hair Product of the Month
Carol's Daughter Monoi Oil Sacred Strengthening Serum ($30; carolsdaughter.com)

Why we love it: A conditioning mix of oils (including monoi, plum seed and rose hip seed) in this lightweight, silicone-free serum works to repair dry, brittle hair. Two or three pumps of the oil on damp hair (from roots to tips) leave it soft and glossy.

Can't Live Without My...
Clé de Peau Beauté Enriched Lip Luminizer ($60, $35 for refill; neimanmarcus.com)

"I love Strawberry Lassi, a warm petal pink. The color is semisheer, with a slight sheen, so it looks really natural. It's hydrating and even doubles as a blush." — Aesthetician Olga Lorencin-Northrup, Owner of Kinara Skin Care Clinic & Spa, Los Angeles

Lotion in Motion
We're used to spritzing fragrance, hairspray and even sunscreen—but spraying on body lotion? That's fresh! The new Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer Aloe Fresh ($8; drugstores) leaves skin soft and smooth, doesn't feel sticky or greasy, and absorbs quickly. And it sprays at every angle, even upside down—so you can easily cover hard-to-reach areas like your back.

Everything is Illuminated (including you)
"I shy away from those highlighting powders for emphasizing your cheekbones because they can be too shimmery, especially on—what's the dignified way to say this?—mature skin like mine. But I had to try the new, limited edition Poudre Signée de Chanel ($68; chanel.com): The gossamer pressed powder is the subtlest blend of peach and beige, and it's imprinted with the iconic Chanel Cs, their trademark camellias and little lipsticks. I use a fluffy blush brush to dust it over my cheeks for the perfect low-wattage glow." — Valerie Monroe, O beauty director

Double Feature
"Of all the dramas in your life, I hope the worst is disappearing eye makeup. For that, I have a fine solution: The Dior Twin Set Eyeshadow Duo ($30 each; dior.com) is a dual-ended pen with a creamy stick shadow on one side and on the other a foam tip containing an iridescent setting powder to apply on top. The pen comes in four eye-opening shades (from left)—Beige Ribbon, Grey Sigh, Ballerina Pink and Fishnet Black (not shown)." — Monroe
