Yes, you can use bronzer in December and look naturally radiant. Swirl a brush over a powder bronzer (like St. Tropez Bronzing Rocks, above), and tap it on a tissue to remove excess. Dust the powder around the perimeter of your face, then lightly over your forehead, nose, cheekbones, and chin.
