Brighten your eyes

A nude eyeliner rivals Visine in getting the red out of tired eyes. Run the liner along the rim of the lower lashes and blend it in the inner corners of the eyes (at the tear ducts). You'll conceal any pinkish tones around your eyes and make the whites appear whiter. Use a pencil that's matte and waterproof, like Pixi Eye Bright Liner (above).
