Have you ever tried to get around your home in the dark, only to stub your toe on the coffee table or trip on a rogue shoe in the middle of the room? Dr. Robin talks about our propensity to navigate through life in the dark, and why it is so vital that we "turn on the light."
Sometimes we shut our eyes and don't pay attention to the things in our life that we should be. Even though we know a relationship may be harmful, or a decision that we make is foolish, we navigate in the dark because we don't want to face it. Dr. Robin says it's important that we shine a light on the problem and stop living in denial so that we don't get hurt in the end.
