Oprah, local dignitaries and the community came together in March 2007 to celebrate the school's official opening. "Seven Fountains Primary School is a wonderful example of what a community can do when it comes together with a common goal to help educate its children," Oprah says. "The Seven Fountains School is an example of what school in South Africa can become.
