Treat Yourself Well
If you're not in good shape, it's a lot easier for situations to bother you, Peter says. "Eat well, get enough sleep, exercise regularly, have a healthy sex life, laugh a lot, cultivate friendships—all of these things show that you value and take care of yourself," he says. "It's tougher to upset a happy, balanced person. Make yourself that person!"
