This may be one of the most difficult lessons if you are someone who is resistant to change or fearful of change. Please take the time to be gentle with yourself this week, but also have the courage to look at what you need to change in your life.
Action: Pick one item from your change list and start to do some footwork toward making the change. Remember to take baby steps. Some changes on your list may be harder than others, so pick an easier change first so you can see results. Write about your change and what steps you can take that will set you in the right direction. Connect with Others: You may be feeling vulnerable or fragile now. It can be good to connect with others who are going through the same thing as you and to know you are not alone. Share your thoughts about change in your life in the Comments section at the bottom of this page.
