6 Ways to Celebrate International Women's Day

At a 1910 conference in Copenhagen for working women, the 100-plus attendees unanimously agreed to designate one day each year for women around the world to rally for equality—a unified, amplified call for change. The following March, the first International Women's Day was observed. We've come a long way since then (women now hold a record 20 seats in the U.S. Senate).
