One way to cut stress is to work on creating better relationships in your life, Rabbi Shmuley says. Although having a loving relationship does not erase all the burdens of life, it does give you someone with whom to share the weight of these burdens, he says. "It gives you an emotional comfort zone," Rabbi Shmuley says. "The whole idea of love is that it takes the edge off life."
