Your version may have gone like this: You forwarded the gossipy email to the exact friend who should have never, ever read it. Or: You sent out a group invite to a fundraiser without using a bcc, thus making 300 people's most private address public. Or: You were this woman, who sent that photo of Nicolas Cage to a potential boss instead of her résumé. Whoops!
