The Olympic gold medalist sprinter talks Tina Turner, Ben & Jerry's, and BFFs.

Best Shower Song
"What's Love Got to Do with It," by Tina Turner. When I was little, I would dress up as Tina and shimmy to her music.

Best Vice
Ben & Jerry's Oatmeal Cookie Chunk is my all-time-favorite ice cream. When I found this flavor, I was like, "This is totally what I would have created!"

Best Thrill
Walking into the stadium in Athens for my first Olympics in 2004. All I remember is being blinded by the camera flashes. It was a little overwhelming—I was 18. It took my breath away.

Best Recent Read
I'm loving Unbroken, by Laura Hillenbrand. It's about a bombardier, Louis Zamperini, who crashed in the ocean and was stranded for weeks before ending up in a Japanese prison camp during World War II. He was also an Olympic runner.

Best Friend
Alisha and I met in the sixth grade, and now she's an attorney. We're total opposites—she knows absolutely nothing about sports—but whenever we get together, it's such an escape. We love to shop, watch movies, or just sit around.

Best Hidden Talent
I have the gift of sleep. I can do it anywhere. Definitely comes in handy when you travel as much as I do.
