When was the last time you wrote your partner a love letter? "Sexting" doesn't count! And neither does e-mail! I'm talking about a real, old-fashioned, pen-to-paper, feelings-pouring-through-the-ink kind of love letter. Have you ever sent such a letter?

How about taking a break from all the holiday to-do lists and instead make a list that your partner can appreciate? Here are some ideas of things to include in your love letter:

• The reasons your relationship is so important to you
• Things you appreciate about your partner
• New sexual positions you want to try in the new year!
  

If you write about what you really want and feel, you'll leave no doubt in your partner's mind about how committed you are to the love you share.
