Sun, surf, sand and Fido! Beaches are a great place for a family vacation. Many seaside resorts welcome animals, but you could also rent a house or a condo. Most rental places offer amazing off-season rates that can be much cheaper than staying in a hotel.

No matter where you stay, be sure to check local laws to ensure your furry friend is welcome in the sand. Study up on the local leash laws as well.
