David says a lot of men want to open up but oftentimes they don't know how to access their feelings. Traditionally, men were rewarded when they came across as strong and steadfast, David says, and talking about their feelings made them appear weak or vulnerable. "Men have emotions like the Arctic Ocean has icebergs: they're 90 percent below the surface," David says. "And what I'm trying to do is have fewer Titanics and more Love Boats."
