Use the National Sex Survey as a jumping off point to have an honest conversation with your partner about what's really going on with your sex life. Be open with each other about what you love and what you would love to experience more often. 

Remember to be positive (talk up your partner's talents and what you think you do well), but keep the conversation out of the bedroom so there's no pressure.
