If you want to make the most of love, you need to do your homework! Try Dr. Laura Berman's weekly homework assignment, designed to help you improve your relationships—both in and out of the bedroom.
All touching between romantic partners does not need to be sexually charged. Touching can help you convey your love and affection for one another as nonverbal messages for "I like you" or "I missed you" or "I’m happy you're home."

It's important that touches are enjoyed for their own sake rather than used solely as precursors to sex—you don't want to risk touch becoming a source of contention. Make nonerotic touching part of your exchanges every day this week.
