So far, we've opened the door to better health and better relationships. This week, we're focusing on overall happiness. Are you happy? Do you make time to treat yourself to the things you truly enjoy?
As we move into the third week of this challenge—and evaluate our progress in making our bodies and our relationships what we want them to be—it's a great time to determine whether you're claiming your 100 percent in terms of your overall happiness. Are you owning the power to change your life in the small and big ways to be happy? Have you accepted responsibility? Stated your clear intention? This week is all about identifying what's standing in the way of your pleasure and joy. Identify what may be making you unhappy and then figure out what it's going to take for you to get happy.
