![]() Photo: OMG If you want to make the most of love, you need to do your homework! Try Dr. Laura Berman's weekly homework assignment, designed to help you improve your relationships—both in and out of the bedroom.
So far, we've opened the door to better health, happiness and better relationships. This week, we're focusing on enhancing your daily romance.
Sure, usually it's the thought that counts...but this week make your actions count more. Why keep romance bottled up until Valentine's Day? Why deny your relationship the pleasure of a little daily romance? Take every opportunity to remind your partner that the fire in your heart is still burning—even in the middle of a work week, even on a school night! Expand your idea(s) about romance (the gestures need not always be over the top), and take some initiative to create a little romance each day this week. Stay on Track with Dr. Berman's 100% Challenge for 2011: Step 1: Focus on health and fitness (goal = exercise 6 days a week). Step 2: Assess the condition of your relationships. Are they as fulfilling as you need them to be? If not, take action wherever necessary. Step 3: Get happy. Make pleasure fit into your schedule. Repeat each step—week by week—until you have achieved the life you want. Remember, it's a gradual process towards making changes that will last a lifetime.
