Sex Homework: Create Couples Time

If you want to be better in bed, you need to do your homework! Try Dr. Laura Berman's weekly homework assignment, designed to help you ace your sex life.
This Week:
You and your partner should sit down and commit to carving out some "couples time" throughout the week. Plan on doing these three things:
- Set a weekly date night. Get the grandparents to take the kids or join a babysitting pool with friends. Set your date night in stone so you won't skip it!
- Set a weekly sex date. This date has to be at least once a week, and mix up the time and place. Your sex date can coincide with date night.
- Set aside special time. Carve out two 10- to15-minute blocks of time during the work week to cuddle, hang out and relax together, somewhere other than in font of the TV.
