Dark and Stormy
This masculine-chic cocktail was conjured up at Le Colonial in San Francisco.

Ingredients:
Serves 1

  • 3 ounces Reed's Ginger Brew or other ginger beer
  • Juice of 1/4 lime
  • 1 1/2 ounces Gosling Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum or other dark rum
  • Candied ginger garnish
In a tall chilled glass or a glass filled with ice, add 3 ounces cold Reed's Ginger Brew, or other ginger beer, and juice of 1/4 lime. Top with 1 1/2 ounces Gosling's Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum or other dark rum. Garnish with candied ginger.
