Overscheduled Children
Between classes, homework, sports, music lessons, church groups and more, children today are overloaded with activities and, in turn, their families must help bear the load of their busy lives. Holly and Rodney experience this firsthand with four children participating in an overwhelming number of activities—even Roman, their 3-year-old, is going to preschool and participating in a piano program and karate! But the Peetes aren't sure how to slow their children down. Holly and Rodney talk with stress expert Dr. Kathleen Hall about how to make sure your children are getting enough downtime.
