Wayne Dyer

Known by his fans as the "father of motivation," Wayne Dyer is a respected author, speaker and pioneer the modern field of self-empowerment. His book Your Erroneous Zones, and the 29 others that have followed, introduced millions of people to new ways of achieving spiritual growth and self-development.

Born in Detroit in 1940, Wayne grew up in orphanages and foster homes. Despite adversity, Wayne has achieved many of his dreams and goals. He earned a doctorate in educational counseling from Wayne State University and, along with his best-selling books, has created many audio programs and videos and has appeared on thousands of television and radio shows. Wayne's latest book, Change Your Thoughts—Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao, reveals modern life lessons from the ancient Chinese book of wisdom, the Tao Te Ching.
