Susan Pellegrino played Virginia Douglas on OLTL from 1992-1994, and then again in 1997. She went on to play roles on As the World Turns and Law & Order.
Ryan Phillippe played Billy Douglas on OLTL from 1992-1993, and went on to star in big-screen films such as Crash, Igby Goes Down, I Know What You Did Last Summer and Flags of Our Fathers.
Jonathan Hogan played Walter Douglas on OLTL from 1992-1993, has been nominated for a Tony Award and had roles on As the World Turns, Quantum Leap and Law & Order.

Kelly Cheston played Alana Brickner on OLTL and went on to a role on Dawson's Creek.

Reiko Aylesworth played Rebecca Lewis from 1993-1994, and went on to roles in TV series' ER, 24, Damages and Hawaii Five-O.
Tuc Watkins has played David Vickers Buchanan since 1994 to the present day. He has also appeared on Desperate Housewives, Parks and Recreation and The Glades.

Fun fact: Nathan Fillion starred as Captain Malcom Reynolds on TV series Firefly in 2002. He took his first singing role as Captain Hammer in Whedon's musical Internet smash "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" alongside Neil Patrick Harris and Felicia Day in 2008.
