Terey's husband's death two years ago didn't destroy her, but she says it seriously busted open her life. She found the ambition to lose 165 pounds and make a pilot for her traditional talk show when she found out about Your OWN Show! Terey's a sought-after comedic motivational speaker to youth in Arizona and also leads Partners Who Heal, an improv and storytelling group that spends time at St. Joseph's and Phoenix Children's Hospital. She hopes to use these experiences and her wit to deliver an Ellen-esque flavor to America.
